Infrastructure Development	ICT-enabled Smart Classroom & Installation of Smart Boards. ERP for student Interaction with the Institution.
Student development and welfare	Functioning of SC/ST cell to provide scholarships for eligible students. Management Scholarship for meritorious/ socially backward/ economically poor students.
Staff Development and Welfare	Prioritization of research through publication in academic journals and conference proceedings is emphasized. Faculty are encouraged to complete the Ph.D. program. Faculty are encouraged to participate in Faculty development programs.
Environmental Reforms & inculcating Social Responsibility among Students and Staff	Providing Green campus through regular Gardening. Adoption of Three nearby villages and conducted various activities through NSS.
